Running principles: high-temperature gaseous refrigerant inside coil pipe and spraying water outside coil pipe exchange heat with air from gaseous status to condensing fluid with special design of high wind power of air-introduced machine and elliptical tube, which covers spraying water on coil pipe surface and heat exchange will be improved by wind power. Temperature of spraying water and air will rise after absorbing heating and partial water will change into gaseous status to fluid, and evaporation will take great amount of heat, and water in hot air will be held by retaining plate and collected to PVC heat exchange layer. Water in PVC heat exchange layer is cooled by flowing air into the water leg as the temperature drops, and is sent to spraying system by water circulating pump to go on circulating. And water distributed to air is supplemented by water level regulator.
